We can set an automatic reply message in most email service providers to automatically send a predefined reply to any email sender. We can set any message or piece of information into the automatic reply option which will be automatically sent to the person who sends us any email. Outlook.com also has this feature and to enable this you need to follow the instructions given below:
1. Login with your Outlook.com account and go to the Settings page. Click on the Sending automated vocation replies option.
Now, enable the option Send vacation replies to people who email me and then enter your message in the message area. If you want to reply only to the email addresses which are in your contacts list, make sure the box labeled Only reply to your contacts is checked (by default checked). Once you have finished with all the settings, click on the Save button to save your message.
